All payment is made in advance by Swish, Klarna or card.
We cannot accept cash payment on site.
If you would like to book and pay another way, contact us and we will find an alternative.
Companies and associations
Bookings are made at a fixed price regardless of group size. We offer invoicing and hold Swedish F-tax and VAT registration. Prices for companies and associations are stated excluding VAT.
Cancellation and rebooking
Two sets of terms recur throughout, and they are also stated under “Information” on each experience’s own page:
- Public events and tickets: the booking fee is refunded only if the event is cancelled. If you fall ill or are otherwise unable to attend, no refund is given — instead you are offered a place at another event of the same or lower cost, provided you tell us at least 12 hours before the event starts.
- Companies and organisations: free of charge up to and including 14 days before. 50 % is charged 13–7 days before, 100 % at 7 days or less. Payment in advance is standard; public authorities and AAA-rated companies may be invoiced with 30 days’ terms.
Which applies if they differ: if the text under “Information” on the experience’s own page says something else, that text governs that booking. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines for events.
